Our sites are owned and operated by, or on behalf of, Fresh Start Bakeries. What Personal Information We Collect

When you browse our sites, we do not automatically collect personally identifiable information. Our servers, may, however, automatically collect and record information about your visit to our sites (through the use of cookies and otherwise) as part of our analysis of the use of our sites and their structure and performance. Our Sites are Not for Use by Children under 13

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information via our sites from persons under 13 years of age, and none of our sites are directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use or access our sites at any time or in any manner. California Privacy Rights

Under California Law, California residents may have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship: (a) a list of the categories of personally identifiable information and the type of services provided to the customer that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes; and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
